Easter Cookies and Yummy Flower Pot

A standard cupcake was placed in a small flower pot, iced with fudge and decorated with cookies I baked on cookie sticks. Use heavy terra cotta pots so they won't tip over and make sure you use cupcake liners when baking the cupcakes. Nice project you can do with the kids or a party favor for a bridal shower.

North Aurora River District Alliance "That Takes the Cake" 2nd Annual Cake Show Competition

Paddy and I participated in the Noarda "That Takes The Cake" 2nd Annual Cake Show Competition. The theme was "Have A Ball". It was a ton of fun and lots of work but it paid off. Paddy won second place for his cake in the 8-12 years old category and I won second place in Professional category and Best in Show.
